My Story
I wasn’t always adventurous with food. As a child, I was picky — I wouldn’t eat anything unfamiliar. But everything changed one morning when my mom took me to a small bakery called Raz. She ordered a breakfast I’d never tried, and to her surprise, I did. I fell in love with it. From that day on, I begged the owner to teach me. I was only 18, but that was the moment my curiosity and passion for pastry quietly began to grow.

Since then, food has become my place of peace. There’s something about the rhythm of baking — the labor, the details, the quiet — that brings me joy. It’s where I find myself most at ease, most creative, and most at home.

But the real reason I bake is you.

At one of my early bakery jobs, I ended up running the kitchen alone. Every morning, a little boy came in with his dad and asked for my eggs. Just eggs. But to him, they were something special. I’d peek out just to watch him eat — cheeks full, smile wide — and every week I’d shape the eggs and bread into something fun just for him. That little connection meant the world to me.

That’s what drives me: creating moments of comfort and joy through food. I pour love into every detail — the flavors, the presentation, the ingredients — so that when you take a bite, you feel cared for, nourished, and maybe even a little spoiled.

This bakery is my way of giving back. Because the feeling I get from sharing my food with you? That’s everything to me.
